Hello,
My name is Andrea and I am a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant.  I can proudly say that I have over 15 years of experience working with families and their children up to the age of 6 years old. I’m passionate about helping families reach THEIR sleep goals as experience has taught me that all families are different.
If you reach out to me, I know that you are at the point of being fed up of being told how your baby should be sleeping through the night! That you are tired of people telling you, you shouldn`t rock your baby to sleep? And I am sure that at some point, you were confused about conflicting advice? As a sleep coach my aim is to help YOU find the optimal sleep outcome for your baby, for you and the rest of your family.


 
My Approach is a holistic one, I use only evidenced based and age appropriate methods, to help you gently guide your child to dreamland. To achieve this I don’t use ‘Cry it out methods’, only sleep methods that are science based…..it’s all about biology baby!
I would always encourage you to respond to your baby supporting them to sleep in a loving and responsive way. As you know young babies aren’t able to sleep all night without feeding or comfort. However if your little one is waking every 45mins to feed or your toddler is getting up numerous times in the middle of the night, or nap times are non-existent, whatever the situation is, we can work out a plan that will fit your situation. In some cases, it`s about changing the associations that your child has with sleep – but, whatever the journey, it’s about achieving optimum sleep health for your whole family so that you can all function at your best.
